Hyundai E&C said on the 22nd that it will open a model home on the 24th ahead of the sale of "Hillstate Seonam Lake Park" in the Yaeum-dong area of Nam-gu, Ulsan.
Hillstate Seonam Lake Park is located at 830-1 Yaeum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. It will consist of two complexes with a total of six buildings, 6 floors underground to 44 floors above ground, 631 apartment units sized 84–176 square meters, and 122 officetel units sized 84 square meters, for a total of 753 units.
The number of apartment units by exclusive area is as follows: ▲84㎡A 234 units ▲84㎡B 194 units ▲84㎡C 119 units ▲84㎡D 80 units ▲168㎡ 2 units ▲172㎡ 1 unit ▲176㎡ 1 unit. A feature is that it is composed of mid-to-large types such as the 84㎡, which is highly preferred by buyers, with no small-size options.
The number of officetel units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A 64 units ▲84㎡B 58 units, allowing for apartment-level living space.
The sales schedule is special supply on the 29th of this month, first-priority applications on the 30th, and second-priority applications on the 31st. After that, for successful applicants only, purchase contracts will be concluded Jan. 19–21 next year.
The Yaeum-dong area where the complex will rise is emerging as a premium residential town representing Ulsan. A total of seven zones in Yaeum-dong are undergoing redevelopment projects. Of these, three complexes, including Hillstate Seonam Lake Park (Complex 1 and Complex 2), have already entered the construction phase.
