Daewoo E&C will open the model home for Dongnae Prugio Edufore in Busan on the 19th.
The complex, going up at 1230 Anrak-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, will be supplied as part of the Anrak 1 District housing reconstruction and maintenance project and will consist of 12 buildings with a maximum of 38 floors above ground and three below, totaling 1,481 dwellings. Of these, 474 dwellings, excluding the association's share, will be offered for general sale, made up of 20 units of 74㎡A, 15 units of 76㎡A, and 439 units of 84㎡A.
The 74㎡A exclusive-use type adopts a three-bay flat layout with high space efficiency, while the 76㎡A exclusive-use type adopts a tower layout that secures ample storage by adding an island cabinet to the kitchen. The tower-type 84㎡A maximizes openness, daylight, and views through a "dual-aspect open" design and includes dressing rooms not only in the primary bedroom but also in the other bedrooms.
In addition, about 37% of the entire site has been set aside to create a park-style complex. Rest areas include a three-dimensional community lounge at the center of the complex, a looped walking trail, an aqua garden, and a healing forest. Community facilities for residents include fitness and a GX room, a golf club, a Pilates room, and a sauna for exercise and relaxation, as well as a study room, kids' cafe, shared office, and kids' library for learning and cultural activities.
To the west of Dongnae Prugio Edufore are the Sajik cram school district and a baseball stadium, and to the east are large commercial and cultural facilities such as department stores and the Busan Cinema Center within Centum City. Prestigious schools near the complex include Hyehwa Elementary School, Chungnyeol Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, and Hyehwa Girls' Middle and High Schools.
Applications will proceed with special supply on the 29th, followed by first-priority on the 30th and second-priority on the 31st. Winners will be announced on Jan. 7 next year, and binding contracts will be conducted for three days from Jan. 19 to 21. For application eligibility, residents of Busan, Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang aged 19 or older can apply for first priority regardless of head-of-household status or dwelling ownership, as long as they meet the subscription account holding period and deposit requirements. The re-winning restriction rule does not apply.
The model home is located at 1406-1, U-dong, Haeundae-gu. The scheduled move-in date is Mar. 2030.
