This year, 1 out of every 10 newly occupied apartments nationwide was the Xi dwellings brand of GS Engineering and Construction.
GS Engineering and Construction said on the 17th that Xi's move-in supply this year totaled 28,669 households. That accounts for about 10% of the nationwide move-in supply of about 278,000 households (based on Real Estate R114), the largest among the top 10 builders.
Xi ranked first overall in the "2025 best apartment brand" survey released by Real Estate R114. GS Engineering and Construction won the main award in the interior design institutional sector for its brand gallery "House Xi" and the main award in the digital interaction institutional sector for its future residential technology experience space "Xi Lab" at the "IDEA Design Award 2025" this year.
A GS Engineering and Construction official said, "Xi has focused on a customer-centric residential philosophy and quality principles based on trust rather than short-term results," adding, "We will continue to raise the bar across design, technology, and brand experience to reward customers' choices."
