Dio Road ENC said on the 15th it will begin taking applications on the 18th for Lavium Hangang, a high-rise residential-commercial apartment complex going up along the Han River line in Mapo, Seoul.
Winners will be announced on the 23rd, and purchase contracts are scheduled for Jan. 5–7 next year.
The complex is located at 381-49 Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul (Hapjeong 7 redevelopment promotion district). It will consist of seven basement levels to 38 above-ground floors, 198 small housing units with exclusive areas of 40–57㎡, and 65 officetel units with exclusive areas of 66–210㎡, for a total of 263 units.
This subscription round covers 165 small housing units. By exclusive area: ▲40㎡A, 81 units ▲40㎡B, 16 units ▲42㎡, 36 units ▲45㎡, 16 units ▲57㎡, 16 units.
Some officetel units (114–210㎡ exclusive area) are penthouse types and are designed as distinct living spaces with scarcity value. Neighborhood living facilities are also planned from basement level one to the third floor above ground.
Lavium Hangang, rising to a maximum of 38 floors, boasts an excellent panoramic view (in some units). From south-east-facing units, residents can take in Seogang Bridge, Mapo Bridge, and Bamseom; from south-west-facing units, Yanghwa Bridge, Dangsan Railway Bridge, and the Yeouido skyline. To the west are views of Yanghwa Bridge, Seongsan Bridge, and Seonyudo, and to the east are views of Sinchon, Namsan, and Bukhansan Mountain.
Transportation access is also strong. The complex sits in a prime location a two-minute walk from Hapjeong Station on subway Lines 2 and 6. It is close to key Seoul arteries, including Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, and Yanghwa-ro, and offers convenient access to major business districts such as the CBD (Gwanghwamun), YBD (Yeouido), and Sangam DMC.
The complex is situated to capture both day and night views of the Han River at a glance. The rooftop sky garden within the complex will include bench-style rest areas and a fire pit.
In addition, the lounge and meeting rooms on basement level one allow for comfortable personal work, meetings, and study. A screen golf facility that reproduces an actual course with the latest system, available regardless of weather or season, will be installed on basement level two.
Lavium Hangang broke ground in March this year. The model home is currently operating by advance reservation.
