On accidents occurring at construction sites, the Minister emphasized, "We will build a safe and fair Korea," adding, "Above all, we will strengthen construction safety." The Minister also reported, "For aviation, we will strengthen safety by improving airport facilities and increasing the number of air traffic controllers."
In addition, the Minister laid out goals including starting the second transfer of public institutions in 2027, reforming Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), and swiftly completing the integration of Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) and SR Co.
