Harrington Square Gwacheon will open its model home on the 12th. Harrington Square Gwacheon is located on Commercial Block 5 in the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town public housing district in Gyeonggi Province and will comprise a total of 359 households. Construction is by Hyosung Heavy Industries.
By exclusive area subtype, there will be ▲ 76㎡A 108 households ▲ 84㎡A 54 households ▲ 84㎡B 27 households ▲ 90㎡A 81 households ▲ 90㎡B 54 households ▲ 90㎡C 27 households ▲ 108–125㎡ (penthouses) 8 households, composed mainly of mid- to large-size types to increase residential satisfaction.
Subscriptions are scheduled to open on the 15th on the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) Cheongyak Home website, and the subscription application deposit is 3 million won. Regardless of holding a subscription savings account, anyone age 19 or older currently residing in the Republic of Korea can apply from anywhere nationwide. Each person may apply for one household (unit), and winners will be selected by the Korea Real Estate Board through computerized drawing, randomly assigning floor and unit for each type. Winners will be announced on the 18th, and contracts for winners will proceed on the 19th.
The Harrington Square Gwacheon model home is located at 1100-1, Bisan-dong, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province (near Hagun Park). Move-in is scheduled for Oct. 2029.
