TAEYOUNG E&C on the 10th appointed Lee Gang-seok, head of the technology and sales division, as the new president.
TAEYOUNG E&C carried out its regular 2026 executive reshuffle that day. Born in 1961, President Lee graduated from Yonsei University and Hanyang University Graduate School and joined TAEYOUNG E&C in 1996. In this personnel appointment, TAEYOUNG E&C named Executive Director Lim Tae-jong as head of the civil engineering division and Managing Director Jeong Jin-hyeong as head of the architecture division.
Going forward, TAEYOUNG E&C plans to focus all efforts on improving operating results and securing financial soundness—based on establishing a stable order-taking base, strengthening a profit-and-loss-centered management system, and pursuing asset sales and fixed-cost reductions under its self-rescue plan—to solidify the foundation for graduating from workout.
