For the private-participation public sale units of 84㎡ exclusive area, any member of a homeless household who holds a subscription savings account may apply nationwide. For general sale, anyone nationwide who is 19 or older, has been enrolled in a subscription account for at least six months, and has deposited at least the regional and area-specific required amount may apply as a first-priority applicant, whether the person is the head of household, a household member, or a homeowner.
The complex is subject to the price ceiling on pre-sale, with a 10-year restriction on winning again and a one-year resale ban from the winner announcement date. There is no requirement for actual residence.
