About 10,000 households will be supplied nationwide this week.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 7th, a total of 10,012 households (3,646 general sales) will go on sale across 10 complexes nationwide in the second week of December.
By major complex: ▲ Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, "Namyangju Wangsuk District A-24·B-17 blocks" ▲ Daeyami-dong, Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, "Gunpo Daeyami A-2 Newlywed Hope Town" ▲ Sinwol-dong, Seongsan District, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, "Changwon Central IPark," among others, will take subscription applications.
The Namyangju Wangsuk District A24·B17 block supply totals 881 households. There are 629 for advance subscription and 252 for the main subscription (special supply and general supply). A24 is a Newlywed Hope Town, and B17 is a public sale. The main subscription supply is 164 households at A24 and 88 at B17. The average sale price for the two blocks is 18.8 million won per 3.3 square meters, lower than nearby market prices.
For A24, the exclusive 55 square meters is priced in the mid-460 million won range, and for B17, the exclusive 74 square meters and 84 square meters are set in the mid-560 million won and mid-640 million won ranges, respectively. Move-in is scheduled for Dec. 2028.
Meanwhile, this week's model homes will open at seven locations, including "Yeoksam Central Xi" in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul; "North Osan Xi Riverble City" in Naesammi-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi Province; and "Icheon Jungri Geumseong Baekjo Yemiji" in Jungil-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.
