Moa Housing Industry and Rosebiang Construction will open the model home for "Siheung Geomo Elga Rosebiang," to be unveiled in the Siheung Geomo District of Siheung, Gyeonggi, on the 28th and begin sales.
The complex will be built on Block B6 of the Siheung Geomo District with five buildings, 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 61 and 84 square meters, and a total of 480 households. Starting with special supply on the 8th of next month, applications will be accepted for first priority on the 9th and second priority on the 10th. Winners will be announced on the 16th, and the contract period will run for three days from the 29th to the 31st.
First-priority applications are open to residents of Siheung and the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi) who are at least 19 years old, have been subscribed to a housing subscription account for at least 12 months, and have deposited at or above the required amount by region and size; householders, household members, and owners of one home (lottery system applies) are all eligible. The restriction on winning again does not apply.
