DL E&C said on the 28th it will open the dwelling exhibition hall for "e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo Edu Platz," which it is unveiling in Naepo New Town, South Chungcheong Province.
e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo Edu Platz, to be built at Naepo New Town block RH14 (929 Singyeong-ri, Hongbuk-eup, Hongseong-gun, South Chungcheong), will consist of 9 buildings with 2 underground floors to 25 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 84·119㎡, for a total of 727 households. It is the first apartment supply in Naepo New Town in roughly three years, and both private-participation public sale (605 households, 84㎡ exclusive) and general sale (122 households, 119㎡ exclusive) will proceed simultaneously.
Subscriptions will proceed simultaneously for the private-participation public sale and the general sale. Starting with special supply on Dec. 8, first-priority subscriptions will be taken on the 9th and second-priority on the 10th. Winners will be announced on the 16th. Legitimate contracts will run for three days from Feb. 9 to 11 next year.
There are differences in supply targets and subscription requirements. First, the private-participation public sale is open to anyone nationwide without a home in the household who has joined a subscription savings account. However, depending on the supply type, the subscription account enrollment period and deposit period, and income and asset criteria must be met.
For the general sale, anyone nationwide age 19 or older who has been enrolled in a subscription account for at least six months and paid at least the region- and area-specific required deposit amount can apply as first priority, whether the person is a head of household, a household member, or already owns a home. The project is subject to the price cap system, with a 10-year restriction on repeat winning and a one-year resale restriction. There is no mandatory residency period.
◇ Noise-reduction specialized design applied
e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo Edu Platz incorporates DL E&C's proprietary innovative designs throughout to enhance convenience for actual residents. The complex will introduce noise-reduction specialized designs such as the "D-Silent Floor," an inter-floor noise-reducing floor structure; the low-noise range hood "D-Silent Hood"; and direct-exhaust systems for kitchens and bathrooms.
The lifestyle-customized platform "C2 House" innovative design and "D Selection," which lets residents choose interior options to suit their preferences, are also applied to maximize space utilization. In addition, a floor plan focused on a four-bay, plate-type layout (with some exceptions) is adopted, and pantries and primary-bedroom dressing rooms are provided by type to expand openness and storage space.
Specialized community facilities and landscaping, rare in the area, also stand out. Along with differentiated facilities such as a dry sauna and "D POEM Cafe," a guesthouse typically found in high-end apartments will be provided. A fitness center, G.X room, indoor golf practice range, lounge cafe, and a mini gym will also be installed. The application of e-Pyeonhansesang's specialized landscaping, including "D POEM Park," "D POEM Play," and "Misty Foret," will further enhance residential comfort.

e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo Edu Platz is located in the very center of Naepo New Town, offering outstanding conditions for settlement.
