Doosan Engineering & Construction Co. said Doosan We've the Zenith Central Cheonan will open its model home on the 28th and begin full-fledged sales.
According to Doosan Engineering & Construction Co. on the 27th, the complex to be built at 310-6 Cheongdang-dong, Dongnam District, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, will consist of 10 buildings with 2 underground floors to 29 aboveground floors, totaling 1,202 households with an exclusive area of 84㎡. All units will be offered for general sale. By exclusive area, there will be ▲84㎡A 730 units ▲84㎡B 257 units ▲84㎡C 215 units, composed as a single 84㎡ type that is highly preferred by buyers.
In particular, the project is significant as it is the first high-end Doosan We've the Zenith-branded apartment that Doosan Engineering & Construction Co. is introducing in South Chungcheong Province. Doosan We've the Zenith, including Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith in Busan and Doosan We've the Zenith in Beomeo-dong, Daegu, has established itself as landmark complexes representing their regions and has been recognized for its value as a high-end residential brand.
