Hoban Group's construction affiliate Hoban Industry said on the 25th that it will open a model home for Hoban Summit Incheon Geomdan Phase 3 in Incheon's Geomdan New Town on the 28th and begin sales.
Hoban Summit Incheon Geomdan Phase 3 is located in Wondang-dong, Seo District, Incheon (Geomdan New Town block AB13), and will consist of eight buildings from two floors underground to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 905 units sized 84 and 97 square meters for exclusive use. By exclusive area, the unit mix is ▲84㎡A 105 units ▲84㎡B 293 units ▲84㎡C 116 units ▲84㎡D 106 units ▲exclusive 97㎡ 142 units ▲exclusive 97㎡P 143 units.
Applications will open with special supply on Dec. 4, followed by first priority on the 5th and second priority on the 8th. Winners will be announced on Dec. 12, and binding contracts are scheduled to run for four days from Dec. 23 to 26.
Hoban Summit Incheon Geomdan Phase 3 is an apartment to be built in a non-regulated area exempt from the government's Oct. 15 measures, and is subject to the price cap on pre-sale, resulting in prices set lower than nearby market levels. The model home is located at 547-8, Saudong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, and move-in is scheduled for Dec. 2026.
