HanmiGlobal, a domestic construction project management (PM) specialist, said on the 24th it will hold the HG Tech Forum for the second half of this year on the theme of "smart infrastructure construction" on the 2nd of next month.
The theme of the forum is "smart infrastructure construction." It plans to address challenges and strategies for applying smart construction technology in domestic pumped-storage power plant projects.
HanmiGlobal plans to analyze changes in the future smart infrastructure market through this forum and share practical measures for introducing smart construction solutions optimized for domestic sites with clients and construction-related corporations.
The keynote will be delivered by Research Director Cho Seong-min, who served as Director General of the smart construction business at Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC), on the theme of "the future of infrastructure construction and the role of smart technology."
The first topic presentation session will introduce cases from construction corporations that participated in infrastructure projects. DL E&C will present drone-based automatic crack detection technology for port structures, Hyundai E&C will present cases of pumped-storage construction and smart construction technology, and HanmiGlobal will present smart PM methodologies for pumped-storage power plant construction.
The second topic presentation session will be led by smart construction solution corporations such as HD Hyundai and Trimble Korea.
