Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH) said on the 24th that it held "compensation appraisal and appraisal report review training" on the 21st at the main auditorium on the second floor of its headquarters. The training was part of the "Compensation School" operated by the Seoul city government, prepared to enhance the expertise, fairness, and transparency of compensation work, which is central to public utilities.
The trainees were SH executives and employees, officials from the Seoul city government and district offices, and compensation officers at local development corporations nationwide.
The training proceeded in the following order: ▲ compensation appraisal procedures and methods ▲ key items to check when reviewing an appraisal report ▲ Q&A. It was organized as a practice-focused course centered on real-world cases, with an emphasis on strengthening appraisal report review capabilities, providing knowledge and know-how that can be applied immediately in the field.
SH plans to expand job training in the compensation and appraisal fields starting with this session.
