BS Hanyang said on the 23rd that it was finally selected as the builder for the Myeonmok Station District 2-3 street housing maintenance project in Jungnang District, Seoul.
The Myeonmok Station District 2-3 street housing maintenance project will build a total of 651 households in five buildings, from three floors underground to as high as 37 floors above ground, in the area of 142-8 Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang District.
Following District 2-1 in Jan., BS Hanyang secured the construction rights for two of the four sections in the Myeonmok Station Moa Town initiative with this District 2-3 award.
Previously, BS Hanyang carried out major maintenance projects across the Seoul metropolitan area, including Susajan Graciel at Cheongnyangni Station (1,152 households), Susajan River Pine at Dosim Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province (908 households), and Hangang Suzain Ofcent in Gimpo (3,058 households).
Last year, after securing construction rights in major cities nationwide, including the Busan Sambo Apartment street housing maintenance project, the Goyang Haengsin District 1-1 redevelopment, and the Incheon Bugae District 4 redevelopment, the company expanded its order regions this year to Myeonmok-dong, Seoul.
A BS Hanyang official said, "Leveraging our experience creating landmarks in core areas of the Seoul metropolitan area such as Cheongnyangni, we will make Myeonmok Station a representative residential complex of Jungnang District."
