GS Engineering and Construction said it will open the model home for Anyang Xi Herition, the redevelopment project of the Sangnok district in Manan-gu, Anyang, on the 21st and begin sales.
Anyang Xi Herition is a large apartment complex with 17 buildings ranging from five floors underground to 29 floors aboveground, totaling 1,716 households, of which 639 units sized 49–101 square meters for exclusive use will be offered to the general public. By exclusive-use size, the supply is ▲49 square meters, 164 units ▲59 square meters, 404 units ▲76 square meters, 39 units ▲84 square meters, 25 units ▲101 square meters, 7 units. Reflecting the recent rise in one- to two-person households, the lineup centers on small and mid-size units.
Special supply begins on Dec. 2, followed by first-priority applications on the 3rd and second-priority on the 4th. Winners will be announced on Dec. 10, and valid contracts will be conducted for three days from Dec. 22 to 24. For units of 85 square meters and below for exclusive use, 40% will be selected by points and 60% by lottery; all units over 85 square meters will be selected by lottery. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2029.
Manan-gu in Anyang, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area with relatively relaxed subscription requirements. Residents of the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) who are 19 or older can apply for first priority regardless of household head status or ownership of dwellings. There is no restriction on winning again, and duplicate applications by household members are allowed. Loan regulations are also more flexible than in other regulated areas of the metropolitan area.
In terms of transportation, it is adjacent to Myeonghak Station on Line No. 1. From Myeonghak Station, riders can reach Gasan Digital Complex, Yongsan, Seoul Station, and City Hall Station without transfers. Wolgot-Pangyo Line and GTX-C Line are planned for nearby Anyang Station and Geumjeong Station. For education, Myeonghak Elementary School and Seongmun Middle and High Schools are within walking distance, and highly preferred Sinsung Middle and High Schools in the area are also accessible.
As for surrounding industrial infrastructure, Anyang Venture Valley, Anyang IT Complex, Anyang International Distribution Complex, and Pyeongchon Smart Square provide proximity between work and home. For lifestyle conveniences, Lotte Department Store Pyeongchon branch, Emart Anyang branch, Homeplus Co. Pyeongchon branch, and NewCore Outlet Pyeongchon branch are nearby, and major public and cultural facilities such as Manan-gu Office, a public health center, Metro Hospital, and Anyang Art Center are within a 1-kilometer radius.
In terms of the residential environment, Surisan is adjacent to the south of the complex, allowing views from some units. Green space access is also secured with the Anyangcheon walking path and Myeonghak Park. The buildings are mainly oriented to the south, and landscaping will be created at ground level to make it a park-style complex.
