Hanwha Co. Construction Division and POSCO E&C Co. plan to begin sales in December for Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station, to be built around 311-1, Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. As two major builders that have been continuing their success story in Incheon formed a consortium, strong interest from buyers is expected.
The complex will be supplied as part of a redevelopment project around 311-1, Ganseok-dong, near Sangincheon Elementary School. It will have 24 buildings from four floors underground to as high as 35 floors above ground, with a total of 2,568 units ranging from 39 to 84 square meters of exclusive area, of which 735 will be offered for general sale.
Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station draws attention for its excellent transportation accessibility. Incheon City Hall Station, which connects to Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, and Ganseok Ogeori Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 are within walking distance, making public transit convenient. The complex stands out for its "gongpuma" location, with Ihwa Children's Park right in front. Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station is drawing attention as a new sale complex that will continue the premium trend of redevelopment projects across Ganseok-dong and Guwol-dong. The model home for Forena The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station is scheduled to open in December at 1140-1, Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon (near Incheon City Hall), with move-ins slated for Aug. 2029.
