Dongbu Corporation said on the 19th it won the contract for Amkor Technology Korea's "Songdo site new test building expansion project." The project will add a four-story-above-ground semiconductor test plant with a total floor area of 45,761 square meters in Songdo, Incheon, with total construction costs of 190.3 billion won.
Dongbu Corporation plans to achieve both productivity and on-time delivery by applying new technologies, new construction methods, and new equipment and by deploying specialized teams for each process, while maximizing safety and quality through a smart safety management system.
With this, Dongbu Corporation has secured about 378.8 billion won in orders in the private industrial plant sector in the second half of this year.
