The cumulative amount of grants to the win-win cooperation fund for large and small businesses and rural and fishing communities that Hoban Group has promoted since 2018 has surpassed 100 billion won. This is the result of continued support for the sustainable development of small and midsize partner companies and rural and fishing regions.
Currently, seven affiliates, including Hoban Construction, Hoban Industry, Hoban Property, Hoban Co., Hoban Asset Development, Daea Cheonggwa, and H1SDI, are participating to put win-win management into practice.
Through the win-win cooperation fund for large and small businesses, Hoban Group operates a variety of programs, including ▲ partner incentives and employee training and consulting ▲ promising Start - Up discovery ▲ revitalization of local economies and support for small business owners.
Hoban Group has supported 965 small and midsize partner companies since 2018. In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 to 2022, it supported 610 companies with 48.1 billion won, helping stabilize management and overcome the crisis for small and midsize partners. Through practical welfare programs such as financial consulting for partners, job training, and gifts for holidays and Labor Day, it is also strengthening co-prosperity with partners.
In addition, Hoban Group holds the "Hoban Innovation Technology Competition" and "Demo Day" every year to discover promising Start - Ups and promote open innovation that leads to proofs-of-concept and investment. Including the award-winning corporations of the "2025 Hoban Innovation Technology Competition," it is continuing collaboration with a total of 86 corporations. By operating "H-Dining" cohorts 1 through 3 to support restaurant startups by young people and small business owners, it provided startup space in Avenue France free of charge and offered store interiors and facilities as well as expert consulting. Along with this, it is practicing practical coexistence and boosting local commercial districts by providing management stabilization funds to Avenue France tenants.
The rural and fishing communities win-win cooperation fund is being widely used for ▲ revitalizing local economies and cultural welfare ▲ disaster recovery ▲ improving mobility convenience for transportation-vulnerable populations. Hoban Group remodeled village sites and supported landscaping and lighting work through the "Anri Village Revitalization Project" in Changnyeong County, South Gyeongsang Province, newly creating a space for young people to start restaurant businesses.
In Jecheon and Chuncheon, it held the "Win-Win Receipt Concert," which combines support for small business owners with cultural performances, injecting vitality into the local economy. It is continuing social contribution activities by providing relief supplies and temporary assembly housing to disaster-stricken areas such as Haenam and Gangneung, and by delivering "Hope Car" vehicles for transportation-vulnerable people to social welfare organizations nationwide.
As a result of these efforts, Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry received the top grade in the "2025 mutual cooperation evaluation among construction businesses," released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Jul. Hoban Construction has maintained the "excellent" grade for nine consecutive years in the Shared Growth Index evaluation, released by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership.
Kim Dae-heon, chief strategy officer of Hoban Group, said, "Hoban Group has worked to build a virtuous cycle of sustainable growth through win-win cooperation with small and midsize businesses, rural and fishing communities, and local communities," and added, "We will continue to expand various win-win programs to pursue sincere sharing and shared growth."
