In the third week of November, subscriptions will open for a total of 3,674 households at 12 locations nationwide.
On the 14th, according to real estate research firm Real Today, in the Seoul metropolitan area, Hyundai E&C will take first-priority subscription applications for "Hillstate Gwangmyeong 11 (tentative name)" (652 households), which it is supplying in Gwangmyeong 4-dong, Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi. This complex applied for approval to recruit occupants before the Oct. 15 measures, so the "subscription eligibility" will be subject to the pre-regulation conditions.
Hillstate Gwangmyeong 11 (tentative name) will consist of 25 buildings with five basement levels to up to 42 above-ground floors, totaling 4,291 households, of which 652 households with exclusive areas of 39–84 square meters will be offered for general sale. The complex has a station-area location adjacent to Gwangmyeongsageori Station on Subway Line 7. It will feature a south-facing layout for all units and innovative 3–4-bay floor plans, and various community facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and the indoor playground "H iForest" are planned.
In Sau-dong, Gimpo, which has recently drawn strong interest from demand as a non-regulated area, "Pungmu Station Area Sujain Gracent Phase 1" (1,071 households) will take subscription applications. Supplied by BS Hanyang, the complex will have two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors across 10 buildings, totaling 1,071 households with exclusive areas of 59–84 square meters. Residents can walk to Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Goldline, and facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, table tennis practice room, showers, dry sauna, and a small library will be provided.
In addition, "Hyosung Harrington Place Yangpyeong" in Yangpyeong County (455 households) is set to open for subscriptions.
