At the regular 2026 executive personnel appointments conducted on the 4th, Executive Director Park Jang-su, chief financial officer (CFO), was promoted to vice president at LX Hausys.
LX Hausys on the day announced personnel moves including one promotion to vice president, two promotions to senior managing director, one new appointment to director, and one transfer from an affiliate.
Vice President Park Jang-su, as chief financial officer (CFO), was recognized for successfully managing LX Hausys' key finance-related issues and management risks despite a difficult business environment and for making a significant contribution to strengthening the mid- to long-term financial structure. After serving as CFO at LX Holdings, Park moved to LX Hausys as CFO at the end of 2022.
Senior Managing Director Kim Hun of LX Semicon transferred to LX Hausys as CFO.
Director Choi Hyeon-jin (head of the automotive materials business unit) and Director Hwang Min-young (in charge of procurement and logistics) were each promoted to senior managing director. In addition, Manager Kim Tae-wan (in charge of legal affairs) was newly appointed as director.
A LX Hausys official said, "In these executive appointments, based on strict performance-based principles and a strengthened framework of responsible management, talent capable of leading responses to changes in business strategy and the external environment as well as organizational change has been placed in key roles," adding, "Through these appointments, we will focus our business capabilities on strengthening the soundness and fundamentals of our domestic business, expanding overseas business, and enhancing global capabilities."
