Mid-sized housing companies will put 3,817 units up for sale nationwide next month.
On the 31st, the Korea Housing Builders Association said that after tallying November housing sale plans among member companies, 14 companies will supply a total of 3,817 dwellings at 14 business sites. That is an increase of 397 units from the previous month (3,420 units). It is a decrease of 115 units from the same month a year earlier (3,932 units).
In the greater Seoul area, 1,725 units will be supplied. Seoul will see 79 units, and Incheon and Gyeonggi will see 905 and 741 units, respectively. In the provinces, Gangwon has 880 units, North Jeolla 768 units, South Chungcheong 267 units, and Jeju 177 units planned.
