Daewoo E&C is selling Tapseok Prugio Park 7 in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. With excellent access to Seoul and as a complex that sidestepped the Oct. 15 measures that bundled Seoul and 12 areas in Gyeonggi into regulated zones and land transaction permit zones, it is drawing market attention.
Daewoo E&C is selling Tapseok Prugio Park 7, which will be built around 267-8 Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu. The complex consists of seven buildings with three underground floors to 27 above-ground floors, totaling 935 units with exclusive areas of 59–84 square meters.

The Yonghyeon-dong area, where Tapseok Station Prugio Park 7 will be built, offers a fast transportation environment, excellent educational conditions, and abundant living infrastructure.
As the shortage of new apartment supply in Seoul has recently intensified, interest is growing in sales complexes within the greater Seoul area with good access to Seoul, and it is expected to draw the attention of end users in nearby areas, including Uijeongbu.
Tapseok Station Prugio Park 7 is within walking distance of Songsan Station on the Uijeongbu light rail. Tapseok Station on Line 7 (scheduled for 2027) is also nearby. Using Tapseok Station, it is two stops to Seoul and about the 50-minute range to the Gangnam area. The Line 7 extension is a 15.3-kilometer line extending from Dobongsan Station in Seoul to the Okjeong district in Yangju, with opening planned for 2027.

In addition, elementary, middle, and high schools such as Yonghyeon Elementary School, Solmoe Middle School, Buyong Middle School, Buyong High School, and Dongguk University High School Yeongseok are located nearby, offering an excellent educational environment.
