Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH) said on the 28th that it signed a business agreement with Korea Association of Realtors(KAR) to boost the supply of commercial real estate.
The two organizations agreed to cooperate on: ▲ supporting real estate agents' brokerage activities during the sale of land and pre-sale commercial units subject to private contracts owned by the corporation ▲ revitalizing the lease supply of office facilities ▲ strengthening public access to information by linking SH's real estate data with the association's Hanbang transaction information network.
Hwang Sang-ha, SH president, said, "We will seek a new breakthrough for the supply of commercial real estate," and added, "We will support expanding the professional role of real estate agents."
