Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 26th that it will supply 6,965 public sale housing units for low-income households without homes nationwide, including the greater Seoul area, over the two months of November and December.
In November, a total of 881 units will be offered in the Wangsuk district of Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, including 491 public sale units (Block B-17) and 390 Newlywed Hope Town units (Block A-24), and 1,003 Newlywed Hope Town units in the Gunpo Daeyami district and 757 public sale units in the Cheongju Jibuk district, North Chungcheong Province (Block B1), will also be supplied.
In December, 4,324 units are scheduled to be supplied. In the greater Seoul area, a total of 468 units will be offered in the Jinjeop 2 district of Namyangju, including 260 public sale units (Block B-1) and 208 Newlywed Hope Town units (Block A-3).
In addition, 120 public sale units and 812 Newlywed Hope Town units will be supplied in the Gwacheon Juaam district (Block C1); 251 public sale units and 310 six-year rent-to-own public rental units in the Guri Galmae Station Area district (Block A-4); 262 public sale units in the Gimpo Gochon 2 district (Block A1); 641 public sale units in the Incheon Yeongjong district (Block A24); and 240 officetel units in the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 district (Block C-14).
In the provinces, 579 units will be supplied in the Ulsan Daun 2 district (Block A-10), and 641 public sale housing units will be supplied in the Sejong Multifunctional Administrative City district (Block 51L1), respectively.
