Daewoo E&C said on the 24th that it will open the model home for Pungmu Station Prugio The Mark in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, and begin sales.
The complex will be built across 12 buildings with 2 basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,524 households, at 428-3, Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province. The number of units by type is ▲ 74㎡A 594 units ▲ 74㎡B 255 units ▲ 84㎡A 590 units ▲ 84㎡B 56 units ▲ 84㎡C 29 units.
Applications will be accepted in order, starting with special supply on Nov. 3, first-priority on the 4th, and second-priority on the 5th. With the price cap system applied, the average sale price is set at 20.71 million won per 3.3㎡. Winners will be announced on Nov. 12, and the contract period runs from the 24th to the 27th.
First-priority eligibility requires, as of the date of the resident recruitment notice (Oct. 24), at least 12 months of subscription account enrollment and the required deposits by region and size, and applies to residents aged 19 or older in Gimpo and the greater capital area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon). Regardless of the number of dwellings owned or household head status, applicants may apply for first-priority.
The Pungmu Station area urban development project, where the complex will be built, will be an urban development project spanning about 873,763㎡ in Sau-dong, Gimpo. In addition to about 6,500 multifamily dwellings (including mixed-use and single-family sites), residential, commercial, and cultural infrastructure is expected to be organically created, including a 5,478㎡ Mercy For None and 35,309㎡ of parks and green space.
