SK D&D said on the 23rd that it opened Episode Conveni Sindang, the second location of its residential brand Episode Conveni.
Episode Conveni is SK D&D's practicality-focused residential brand that renovates aging buildings in the city to add new residential value. D&D Property Solution (DDPS), SK D&D's specialized real estate operations subsidiary, invests in and operates the brand.
Episode Conveni Sindang is the second location following the Gasan site that opened early this year. DDPS co-invested with global investment firm M&G Real Estate.
Episode Conveni Sindang is a 2-basement to 14-story building with a total of 97 units. It is located in Hwanghak-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. Sinseol-dong, Sindang, and Dongmyo stations are all within a 10–13-minute walk, offering a transit-friendly location. It has high accessibility to the Seoul central business district (CBD). Large supermarkets and other amenities are nearby, and the Cheonggye Stream and Hwanghak-dong living area enhance residential convenience.
The exclusive spaces consist of four types: two studio types (one-room, 18–27㎡) and two loft types (duplex, 28–39㎡). It offers semi-furnished units for one- to two-person households and fully furnished units for two- to four-person travelers. Large windows in the units provide urban city views overlooking Namsan and Cheonggye Stream.
The common areas include: ▲ lobby ▲ lounge-style living room ▲ rooftop terrace ▲ laundry zone ▲ home gym, enhancing everyday convenience.
Kim Do-hyun, CEO of SK D&D, said, "Episode Conveni Sindang will establish itself as a living platform that adds ease and convenience to daily life in the city as a renovation-based urban residential model," and added, "Going forward, SK D&D will continue to breathe new value into idle assets in the city and present sustainable residential trends."
Meanwhile, SK D&D plans to open Episode Conveni Sangsu (tentative name) in Mapo-gu, Seoul, in the first half of next year.
