Hyundai Engineering is selling the corporate-type private rental dwellings Hills State Yongin Fore, which will be built in Samga-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi. These apartments are supplied as corporate-type private rental dwellings and are not counted toward the number of dwellings.
Hills State Yongin Fore will be created as a large complex of 13 buildings with 5 basement levels to a maximum of 38 above-ground floors, totaling 1,950 households with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡. As corporate-type private rental dwellings, residents can live stably for up to eight years, and rent increases are capped at within 5%.
Corporate-type private rental dwellings are not included in the number of dwellings, so there is no burden of various taxes such as acquisition tax, comprehensive real estate holding tax, and property tax. With subscription to lease guarantee by Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), stability of deposit return is also secured.
Hills State ranked No. 1 for 78 consecutive months in the apartment brand reputation survey by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. Hills State Yongin Fore also features differentiated floor plans and product competitiveness.
