LX Hausys is rolling out a range of marketing activities to capture last-minute remodeling demand during the peak fall interior season. With the construction and real estate slump continuing, the company is focusing on targeting the fall season when interior demand surges due to moves and wedding trousseaus.
LX Hausys is holding "Z:IN Festa," the largest discount event for the LX Z:IN brand, through the end of this month to mark the fall season.
During "Z:IN Festa," the company is offering purchase discounts on various package products composed of windows, flooring, and kitchen furniture, and is giving department store gift certificates based on the interior contract amount when a contract is signed.
For windows, customers who purchase the "LX Z:IN Window View Frame," which uses double low-e glass, together with an interior door as a package receive discounts and gifts. As temperatures have dropped sharply after a prolonged fall rainy spell, interest is rising due to the surge in demand for replacing aging windows.
Products aimed at creating a more comfortable space ahead of winter, when people spend more time at home, are also gaining popularity. The flagship sheet flooring product "X-Comfort 5.0" enhances slip resistance and features a dual-cushion structure that absorbs impact, taking into account not only people but also the walking comfort of companion animals.
The company also introduced the "Diamant Fortis" wallpaper, which resists scratches from companion animals. "Diamant Fortis" applies a highly durable resin layer to secure high surface strength, providing protection against wallpaper damage caused by animal claws. It proved its performance by meeting the anti-scratch standard of the PS certification from the Korea Kennel Club.
