HILLSTATE Isu Station Central, a newly built apartment complex supplied in Sadang-dong, Dongjak District, Seoul for the first time in six years, is drawing strong interest from the market.
Hyundai E&C's HILLSTATE Isu Station Central will consist of 11 buildings with four basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 931 households. Of these, 170 units with exclusive areas of 44–84 square meters were offered for general sale.
HILLSTATE Isu Station Central is drawing attention as a new complex supplied in Sadang-dong, Dongjak District for the first time in six years since 2019. Dongjak District has a high proportion of old dwellings, so demand for new apartments remains steady. According to Real Estate R114, as of Aug. 2025, apartments 15 years old or more in Dongjak District total 47,370 households, about 72.9% of the 64,977 households overall.
HILLSTATE Isu Station Central sits in the heart of Sadang-dong, offering convenient access to a variety of infrastructure. It enjoys a double-station location within about a five-minute walk of Isu Station on Seoul Subway Line 7 and Chongshin University Entrance Station on Line 4, and just one stop away are Sadang Station on Line 2 and Dongjak Station on Line 9, making it easy to travel across Seoul.
