GS Engineering and Construction will begin sales this month for Anyang Xi Heritage, which is going up at 398-32, Anyang-dong, Manan District, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province. The apartment complex is located in the 1 Line Myeonghak Station area and borders Surisan to the south.
Anyang Xi Heritage is being developed through the Sangnok District dwellings redevelopment and maintenance project into a large complex with five basement levels to a maximum 29 floors above ground, 17 buildings, and a total of 1,716 households. Of these, excluding association members and rental allocations, 639 households with exclusive areas of 49–101 square meters will be offered for general sale. The number of households for general sale by exclusive area is composed mainly of small and mid-sized units: ▲49㎡ 164 households ▲59㎡ 404 households ▲76㎡ 39 households ▲84㎡ 25 households ▲101㎡ 7 households.
The biggest advantage of Anyang Xi Heritage is transportation. Myeonghak Station on Subway Line 1 is within walking distance, allowing direct travel without transfers to major business districts in Seoul such as Gasan Digital Complex Station, Yongsan Station, Seoul Station, and City Hall Station.
At Anyang Station, one stop toward Seoul from Myeonghak Station, the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (Wolpan Line), which consolidates Siheung Wolgot with Seongnam Pangyo, is slated to open. Also, at Geumjeong Station (Lines 1 and 4), one stop toward Suwon from Myeonghak Station, the GTX-C line connecting Yangju in Gyeonggi Province to Suwon is planned. Near the complex, the Sanbon IC on the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway makes it easy to travel to other regions by car.
Recently, three areas around the Anyang 8-dong Administrative Welfare Center, Sungkyul University, and Manan Library near Myeonghak Station were additionally designated as redevelopment maintenance zones.
The complex is a "forest-area" apartment that borders Surisan to the south. Some units also offer views of Surisan. Within walking distance are park facilities such as the riverside trail along Anyangcheon and Myeonghak Park.
There is also a variety of nearby education and daily amenities. Myeonghak Elementary School is within walking distance to the south of the complex, and schools such as Seongmun Middle and High are also walkable. Shinsung Middle and High School, which are highly preferred in the area, are close. The Pyeongchon private education district, one of the representative academy clusters in the Seoul metropolitan area, is also an easy drive away.
Large retail facilities such as Lotte Department Store, Emart, Homeplus, and NewCore Outlet, as well as a range of convenience facilities including Anyang 1st Street, Manan District Office, a public health center, Metro Hospital, and Anyang Art Center, are accessible by car.
Anyang Xi Heritage will also feature differentiated product appeal. The buildings will be arranged mainly facing south, and Elysian Garden, Healing Garden, and Welcome Garden will be created. Club Cloud, with views of Surisan, will include a sky lounge, a healing lounge, a private dining (PDR) room, and a sky hall.
The community center, Club Xi-an, will house sports, education, and cultural facilities such as a golf practice range, screen golf, a fitness club, a group exercise (GX) room, a table tennis room, a cafe lounge and book cafe, Pilates, a sauna, a study room, an open study, a kids cafe, and multipurpose rooms. A separate guesthouse is also planned.
