Umi Construction is selling Osan Saegyo Umi Lin Lake City, which is being developed by redeveloping the Seo 2 district in Osan. It sits in the heart of the Saegyo 2 and 3 districts in Osan and is a large complex made up of mid- to large-size units.
Osan Saegyo Umi Lin Lake City will be built at 50 Seodong, Osan (Osan Seo 2 district), with 10 buildings from three basement levels to as high as 29 floors above ground, and with exclusive areas of 84, 94, and 101 square meters. By exclusive area, it will have ▲ 1,077 units of 84 square meters ▲ 182 units of 94 square meters ▲ 165 units of 101 square meters, for a total of 1,424 units.
The complex is located at the center of the Saegyo 2 district and the planned Saegyo 3 district. When development is completed, the Saegyo 1, 2, and 3 districts are planned to be built out to about 66,000 households with a population of 150,000. In particular, the Saegyo 3 district is the hub of the Seoul metropolitan area's semiconductor cluster, and development is underway as a self-sufficient "Connect" city that strengthens research and development (R&D) and office functions.
Various transportation benefits are planned within Osan. While Line No. 1's Osan Station is currently in service, the GTX-C line, the Dongtan light rail (tram), and the extension of the Bundang Line are being pursued. From this complex, students can walk to Gasu Elementary School, and there are views toward Gagami Mountain on the east side of the complex. On the west side, a waterfront park development is planned for Seodong Reservoir.
Osan Saegyo Umi Lin Lake City will include an indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, and a top-floor sky lounge and guesthouse that secure views of Seodong Reservoir. Community facilities will include an indoor golf practice range, a fitness club, an indoor table tennis room, and a Cafe Lin, as well as education-focused amenities such as a small library, a reading room, and study rooms.
