Lotte Construction said on the 12th that Cheongju Lotte Castle Signature, to be supplied in Gangseo-dong, Heungdeok District, Cheongju, is moving into full-scale sales.
The complex will proceed with special supply on the 14th, followed by first-priority applications on the 15th and second-priority on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 22nd, and the purchase contract period runs from Nov. 3 to Nov. 5.
The complex will comprise 10 buildings with 962 households in total, from 4 underground floors to 29 above-ground floors. The exclusive areas are centered on small and mid-sized units of 67 square meters, 76 square meters, and 84 square meters, of which 459 households are general sales.
