The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said restoration of the Real Estate Integrated Registry System, which had been suspended due to the fire at the National Information Resources Service on 26th, was completed, and it will resume online issuance of civil petition documents such as the land ledger starting at 9 a.m. on the 10th.
According to the ministry on the 9th, the civil petition documents for which online issuance will resume are eight types, including the land (forest) ledger, cadastral (forest) map, public land name list, site right register, boundary point coordinates register, and comprehensive real estate certificate.
Online issuance is available on Government24, the government's integrated civil petition service. If you only need to view real estate-related information, you can also see it on the integrated real estate information viewing service operated by the 17 metropolitan cities and provinces.
With normal operation of the Real Estate Integrated Registry System, the online service for real estate transaction reports and online reporting of dwellings lease contracts through access to the Real Estate Transaction Management System will also resume normally from 1 p.m. on the 10th.
As the online issuance service for real estate civil petition documents returns to normal, the temporary fee waiver for in-person issuance at community centers and other locations will end on the 10th.
An official at the ministry said, "After resuming the online issuance service for real estate civil petition documents and the online reporting service for real estate transactions, we plan to continuously monitor so the system and services can operate stably."
