SEOHAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION said it will hold first-priority subscriptions on the 30th for "Asan Mojong Seo Han I Daum Nobless," which it is building in Block A1 of the Mojongsatdeul District in Asan, South Chungcheong Province.
The complex will have 10 buildings with 2 basement levels to a maximum of 29 stories, totaling 1,079 households. Of these, 969 are for general sale. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲59㎡ (rental) 110 households ▲84㎡A 116 households ▲84㎡B 104 households ▲84㎡C 210 households ▲84㎡D 104 households ▲101㎡A 432 households ▲154㎡A 3 households.
Following first-priority subscriptions that day, second-priority subscriptions will be held on the 1st of next month. Winners are scheduled to be announced on the 16th of next month. Legitimate contracts will be conducted for three days from the 27th to the 29th of next month at the Asan Mojong Seo Han I Daum Nobless model home.
The complex will feature differentiated community facilities. With an indoor gymnasium with a swimming pool, a guesthouse, a golf practice range, and Kyobo Book Centre services (book curation), residents will be able to enjoy leisure conveniently within the complex.
The indoor swimming pool will have four 25-meter lanes and a children's pool so parents and children can swim together. A sky lounge is also planned so residents can enjoy an open view together.
Asan Mojong Seo Han I Daum Nobless is oriented mainly to the south to maximize sunlight and views. The interiors of the units are designed, by type, with a 4-bay flat layout that allows ample daylighting and ventilation (except for some types). Dressing rooms and pantries are provided to secure generous storage space.
For the 84㎡ exclusive-type units, configurations vary, including a type with four rooms and a type applying a pantry layout.
The ground level will be a car-free complex, expected to provide residents with safe pedestrian spaces. Landscaping is handled by "Everland" (Everscape), the landscaping brand of Samsung C&T Resort Division. There will also be ample parking space of 1.5 vehicles per household.
The Asan Mojong Seo Han I Daum Nobless model home is located in Punggi-dong, Asan, South Chungcheong Province. The complex is scheduled for occupancy in September 2028.
