Daewoo E&C said on the 29th that it was selected as the builder for the redevelopment project of the "Cheongpa District 1" in Yongsan District, Seoul.
The project will build 10 buildings with five basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, 626 apartment units, and ancillary welfare facilities at 11-1, Cheongpadong 2-ga, Yongsan District, Seoul. The construction cost is 355.6 billion won (excluding VAT).
Daewoo E&C applied its high-end brand "Summit" and proposed the complex name as "Louis Lis Summit." "Louis Lis Summit" combines "royal" and "lis," the symbol of the French royal family.
Louis Lis Summit will be supplied through collaboration with French architectural master Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Daewoo E&C plans to reinterpret the heritage of the French royal family in a modern way and embody it in the landmark exterior, landscaping, and community facilities.
Inside the complex, a large central plaza of 1,660㎡ and a variety of themed gardens will be created. To create a pleasant complex, the distances between buildings will be maximized, and specialized floor plans that can maximize views from the units will be introduced.
At Louis Lis Summit, a sky community about 60 meters long will be provided on the 25th floor. In addition, 30 community programs reflecting individual lifestyles will be introduced.
Meanwhile, at the general meeting for the "Redevelopment of Mullae-dong 4-ga" held the same day, Daewoo E&C formed a consortium with Samsung C&T and was selected as the builder. As a result, Daewoo E&C recorded 1.8717 trillion won in orders across a total of six complexes this year in the maintenance projects sector.
