HDC Hyundai Development Company said on the 26th that it will open the Sangbong Central IPARK model home and begin full-scale sales. Sangbong Central IPARK will be built at 506-1 Mangwoo-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, with seven basement levels and up to 28 floors above ground, comprising two residential buildings and two officetel buildings. The project will have a total of 443 units, including 254 apartments and 189 officetel units.
By exclusive apartment floor area, there are 48 units of 84㎡A, 50 units of 84㎡B, 52 units of 84㎡C, 52 units of 84㎡D, and 52 units of 84㎡E; for officetels, there are 95 units of 84㎡OA, 49 units of 84㎡OA-1, and 45 units of 84㎡OB. Of these, excluding 12 "coexistence dwellings," 242 apartment units and 189 officetel units will be offered in a general sale.
Applications for subscriptions will proceed for apartments with special supply on Sept. 29, first priority on Sept. 30, and second priority on Oct. 1. Winners will be announced on Oct. 14, and formal contracts will run from Oct. 27 to 29. Officetel subscriptions will be held on Oct. 1, with winners announced on the 13th. Formal contracts will take place from the 16th to 17th. The model home is located at 207-10 Junghwa-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
