Hyundai E&C said on the 23rd it will begin sales this month for Hills State Sajik Asiad in Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan. This apartment is the first Hills State brand apartment in Sajik-dong. Of the total 1,068 households, 302 will be offered to the general public.
The complex will be created through the reconstruction of Sajik District 1-6 around 630 Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu. The model home will be set up around 640-14 Mangmi-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan. A Hyundai E&C official said, "Sajik-dong has a high proportion of aging housing, so there is strong demand for new construction," and added, "As the first Hills State complex, we expect strong interest in the subscription market thanks to its product appeal and locational advantages."
