In November, Yuseung Construction plans to sell Daun 2 District Yuseung Hannaedeul Eduforet in Block B1 of Ulsan Daun 2 District. It will consist of 507 households in a single 83-square-meter exclusive type across 2 basement floors to 25 aboveground floors. The price cap system will apply here.
Seosa Elementary School (scheduled to open in 2026) and Mugeo High School are slated to transfer in front of the complex, and a middle school will be within walking distance. In July, Yuseung Construction recorded a sellout of Gwangmyeong Yuseung Hannaedeul La Foret, the first private-sale complex in the Gureumsan District urban development project in Gwangmyeong. The apartment complex, totaling 444 households, sold out in a short period by absorbing demand not only from Gwangmyeong but also from Seoul and the greater metropolitan area with a reasonable presale price averaging about 29 million won per 3.3 square meters. Yuseung Construction recently secured the largest site in Gureumsan District, Block A2 (about 27,077 pyeong), and plans to supply about 1,406 additional households in the first half of 2027.
