Seomyeon Urban Cent Desiang will begin with special supply that day, take first-priority applications on the 23rd, and second-priority applications on the 24th. It will announce the winners on Oct. 1, and hold the contract signing for eligible applicants for three days from the 15th to the 17th of the same month.
For first-priority applications, anyone age 19 or older who has lived in Busan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, or South Gyeongsang Province and has held a subscription savings account for at least six months with deposits meeting the required amounts by region and size is eligible, including heads of household, household members, and homeowners. The resale restriction is six months, and there is no required occupancy period or restriction on winning again.
Seomyeon Urban Cent Desiang is located at 690-8 Buam-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. It will comprise five buildings from three floors underground to as high as 46 floors above ground, with 762 apartment units of 59–84 square meters in exclusive area (211 general-sale units) and 69 officetel units of 79 and 84 square meters in exclusive area, for a total of 831 units.
By exclusive area, the general-sale supply is ▲59㎡: 55 units ▲74㎡: 21 units ▲84㎡: 135 units, for a total of 211 units. Notably, 76% of the general-sale units will be supplied on high floors of 20 stories or higher, which are popular among buyers.
The complex sits on level ground and boasts a prime location right in front of Buam Station on Busan Metro Line 2.
