Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 19th it is recruiting residents for the Siheung Hajung District A-4BL Newlywed Hope Town (public sale).
The Siheung Hajung District is close to the Yeonseong IC on the 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, making it easy to travel to nearby cities such as southwest Seoul, Incheon, Bucheon, and Gwangmyeong, and using major arterial roads such as National Route 39 (Siheung-daero), the 1st Capital Area Ring Expressway, and the Gangnam Circular Expressway, it is possible to reach Gwangmyeong Station (KTX), Incheon Songdo, and enter Seoul in 20 to 30 minutes.
Siheung Hajung A-4BL is a mixed complex (public sale + Happy Housing) with a total of 584 households, and the number of units supplied this time is 390 for public sale. Of these, 178 units will go to winners of the advance application, and the remaining 212 units will be offered through general sale.
The block will consist of 11 buildings with a maximum of 25 stories. The dwelling types comprise 308 units of exclusive 55 square meters and 82 units of exclusive 56 square meters. Within the complex, parenting-friendly community spaces such as a community childcare center and a small library will be created.
With the price cap system applied, the sale price is about 380 million won (an average of 15.06 million won per 3.3 square meters). A three-year resale restriction applies, but there is no residency requirement. As a complex requiring mandatory subscription to the dedicated mortgage for Newlywed Hope Town, borrowers can use up to 70% of the dwelling price for up to 30 years at an annual interest rate of 1.3%.
Applications will be accepted starting on the 29th, in the order of winners of the advance application and then those eligible for the main application (general application). Winners will be announced on Oct. 17, and contracts will be concluded starting Jan. 27, 2026. Move-in is scheduled for Jul. 2028.
The model home can be viewed at the LH Dongtan housing exhibition hall, and the cyber model house also allows visitors to view each type's unit layout and interior. The exhibition hall will be opened first to advance applicants starting on the 19th.
