Hanwha Co., Ltd.'s construction division said on the 18th that it will open the model home for "Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo" on the 19th at 1422-5, Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, and begin full-scale sales.
Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo will consist of eight buildings with three underground floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 816 households with exclusive areas of 84–166 square meters. By type: ▲ 84㎡A, 275 households ▲ 84㎡B, 151 households ▲ 84㎡C, 165 households ▲ 99㎡, 67 households ▲ 109㎡, 156 households ▲ 166㎡P, 2 households.
The project site is the former company housing site of Hanwha Chemical's Ulsan plant. Located in the center of Mugeo-dong, it has excellent access to major living areas such as Ok-dong and Sinjeong-dong, and residents can enjoy a variety of amenities nearby, including Ulsan Grand Park, Hyundai Department Store, the courthouse, and large supermarkets. About 10 schools, including Samho Elementary School, Okhyeon Elementary School, and Samho Middle School, as well as hospitals and supermarkets, are nearby, offering strong education and living environments, and there is also abundant green space such as Taehwagang National Garden and Samho Park. In addition, the southern ring road and Munsu-ro road networks, the Ulsan Expressway, and planned tram and metropolitan railway development are expected to further improve transportation conditions.

Applications for Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo will begin with special supply on the 29th, followed by first priority on the 30th and second priority on Oct. 1. Applications can be submitted online at the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription website. Winners will be announced on Oct. 15, and contract signing will take place for three days from Oct. 27 to 29 at the model home.
Residents of Ulsan, Busan, and South Gyeongsang Province who are 19 or older, have held a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the regional and area-specific deposit requirements can apply as first priority regardless of the number of dwellings they own, whether they are the head of household, a household member, or a homeowner. The re-winning restriction and mandatory occupancy period do not apply, and resale is permitted six months after the winner announcement date.
The Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo model home is located at 979, Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, and move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2028.
