Ilsin Gunyoung said on the 15th that it plans to begin sales in October for Cheonan Humanville First City in Budae District 2 in Budae-dong, Seobuk District, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province.
Cheonan Humanville First City will consist of 12 buildings with three underground floors to 33 above-ground floors, all with an exclusive area of 84 square meters, totaling 1,541 households.
The area around the complex, together with Seongseong District, Eopseong District, and Buseong District, is being developed into a new residential town of about 25,000 households centered on Seongseong Lake Park, drawing attention as Cheonan's new central residential area.
According to Real Estate R114, as of August this year, the average apartment sale price in Seongseong-dong, Cheonan, was 16.53 million won per 3.3 square meters (pyeong), showing a difference of about 300,000 won from Buldang-dong (16.84 million won). Compared with the first half of 2023 two years ago, when the average price gap between the two areas widened to 2.66 million won, the gap has narrowed rapidly.
Cheonan Humanville First City has a location that spans Seongseong Lake Park and the Buldang District. An elementary school is slated to be newly established in front of the complex, and Buseong Middle School and Oseong High School are located nearby. In addition, the private academy districts in Seongseong District and Buldang-dong are convenient to use, which is expected to draw demand from parents.
It is directly connected to Samseong-daero, allowing quick access to the Samsung Electronics Cheonan Campus and the Cheonan No. 3 General Industrial Complex, and it is also easy to use Beonyeong-ro, which connects to Samseong-daero. In addition, Buseong Station on Line 1 (scheduled to open in 2029) is nearby, and it will provide quick access to Cheonan Station, for which an extension plan of the GTX-C line is under review.

Ilsin Gunyoung said it plans to apply various specialized designs to Cheonan Humanville First City to build a complex with one of the highest levels of completeness in all of Cheonan.
It will also feature a large community facility leveraging the scale of 1,541 households. The community facility will span two basement levels, B2 to B3; B2 will include a lobby space, lounge, and dining, and a kids' zone where children of different ages can run and play to their heart's content without worrying about noise between floors. An indoor gym that can be used not only for exercise but also as a multipurpose space, study rooms, and an open library will also be provided.
On B3, a fitness club (including a GX room) will be installed. Facing a garden (central courtyard) within the community, it will allow residents to enjoy exercise indoors while viewing nature. A GOLFZON room, locker rooms, and shower facilities will be provided, along with meeting rooms and hobby rooms.
