TAEYOUNG E&C said on the 12th it will open a model home for Seomyeon Urbancent Desian, which is going up in the Seomyeon area of Busan, and begin full-scale sales.
Seomyeon Urbancent Desian is a complex located at 690-8 Buam-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan. It will consist of five buildings with three basement levels and up to 46 floors, totaling 831 units: 762 apartment units with exclusive areas of 59–84 square meters (211 units for general sale) and 69 officetel units with exclusive areas of 79 and 84 square meters.
General-sale supply by exclusive area for the apartments is ▲59 square meters, 55 units ▲74 square meters, 21 units ▲84 square meters, 135 units, for a total of 211 units. Of the general-sale supply, 76% will be allocated to high floors at or above the 20th floor, which are favored by buyers.
Applications will open with special supply on the 22nd, followed by first-priority applications on the 23rd and second-priority on the 24th. Winners will be announced on the 1st of the following month, and contract signing will take place for three days from the 15th to the 17th.
The complex boasts excellent residential conditions with comprehensive infrastructure for transportation, education, and convenience. In particular, it is an ultra-station-area apartment with Buam Station on Busan Metro Line 2 right in front, and Seomyeon Station, an interchange for Lines 1 and 2, about 500 meters away. Bujeon Station, where KTX-Eum trains stop, is located near the complex.

Within the complex, various community facilities will be created, including a fitness center, men's and women's saunas, a small library, a daycare center, and a senior center. Diverse landscaping facilities will also be installed, such as the children's playground "Desian Place," a ground fountain, a rock garden, a dry garden, and a secret garden.
Move-ins are scheduled for September 2027.
