HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 5th that it will open the model house for the Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2, located at 409-1 Budae-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, and begin full-scale sales.
The complex will be constructed with 2 basement levels and a maximum of 34 floors, comprising 11 buildings and a total of 1,222 households. Of these, 563 households will have a dedicated area of 84㎡, 350 households will have 102㎡, and 64 households will have 118㎡, resulting in 977 households being supplied for general sale.
Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 is adjacent to an elementary school on the southwest side. HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to create a green space along the school boundary to block school noise while ensuring a safe path for children to and from school.
The green space will feature various facilities such as a forest hideout, a gymnastics area, and a children's playground. A shortcut will be created to the east of the school, allowing children to directly access the school through forest paths. In response to the demands of parents, a kids' lounge has been added to the community facilities.
A walking path, approximately 950 meters long, has been created within the complex and features a themed garden that reflects the changes of the four seasons. Using the spacious central area, a waterfront park-style plaza approximately 3,300㎡ in size has been developed.
Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 will incorporate HDC Hyundai Development Company's smart home Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enabling convenient and safe living.
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) has been applied to the architectural design, ensuring that CCTV is installed with no blind spots. A facial recognition intercom system has been implemented at the main entrance to enhance security and control access. An emergency bell and a parking guidance system have also been installed in the underground parking lot.
The complex has been designed to face southeast and southwest to maximize natural light and ventilation. The 4-Bay flat structure allows the living room and all rooms to enjoy exterior views and sunlight. Customized floor plans have been applied to enhance storage and spatial efficiency.
Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 has applied similar curtain wall lines and exterior designs to the adjacent Phase 1. The skyline of the complex has also been designed to integrate Phases 1 and 2 as a continuous landscape. Once Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 is established, it is expected to transform into a brand city with over 6,000 households.
Application for Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 will begin on the 8th with special supply, followed by first priority on the 9th and second priority on the 10th. The announcement of winners will be on the 16th. Contracting will take place from the 27th to the 30th.
