The sale of 538 dwellings will take place in the Uijeongbu Ujeong public housing district, Block A-1.
The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) noted on the 5th that it will promote the supply of dwellings in the Uijeongbu Ujeong public housing district, Block A-1.
The Uijeongbu Ujeong public housing district is an area that encompasses the 'Yangju Technovalley Premium,' being developed as the largest urban high-tech industrial complex in northern Gyeonggi Province. It is evaluated as a key residential area capable of absorbing the demand from workers generated by the large-scale industrial complex.
This block is a complex where preliminary applications were conducted in October 2021, and the total supply amount is 538 dwellings. All units are primarily composed of compact types with a preferred area of 59㎡.
Out of the total of 538 dwellings, 238 units will be supplied to those eligible for special supply and general supply, excluding the 300 units that were pre-applied.
The sale price is set at a reasonable level compared to the market price under the price ceiling system, with an average of about 380 million won per unit. The average price per pyeong (3.3㎡) is 15.19 million won. Although there are resale restrictions, there is no obligation for actual residence. If the residence qualifications such as income and asset are met, simultaneous applications for special and general supplies are possible.
There is Geumgok Station on Line 1 of the subway about 1.7 kilometers away from the Uijeongbu Ujeong Block A-1. At the nearby Uijeongbu Station, the opening of the GTX-C line is planned, which is expected to enhance the convenience of public transportation.
By using the nearby Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Highway and National Route 39, quick access to nearby cities including Uijeongbu, Yangju, Goyang, and Namyangju is possible.
In the vicinity of Danjin, within 1 kilometer, there are Budalgae Elementary School and Nokyang Middle School.
Close to Hongboksan and Cheonbosan, another advantage is being able to enjoy beautiful natural scenery throughout the four seasons. Proximity to the Uijeongbu Comprehensive Sports Center allows access to various sports and cultural facilities. Residents can immediately utilize the living infrastructure completed through the existing Nokyang housing district.
The application registration for the winners of the preliminary subscription will start on the 15th to the 16th of this month. The special supply will be conducted on the 17th of the same month, while the general supply will take place on the 18th and 19th. Contract signing will occur in December. Move-in is scheduled for June 2028.
The dwelling exhibition hall is located at 816-1 Byeollae-dong, Namyangju. It will be opened first to the pre-applicants on the 6th and 7th of this month, then available to general applicants from the 8th to the 14th. An online cyber model house is also available.
