According to the construction industry on the 4th, the Songpa Hanyang 2nd reconstruction union closed the bid submission for the construction company selection at 2 p.m. that day, with only GS Engineering and Construction participating.
The union plans to issue a re-bid announcement for the selection of a construction company soon.
If two or more construction companies do not participate in the bid for the selection of the construction company for urban maintenance projects, the bid will be abandoned. If it is abandoned twice in a row, the union can sign a contract with the participating construction company.
HDC Hyundai Development Company, which had shown a willingness to win orders before the bidding, did not participate in the actual bid.
The Songpa Hanyang 2nd apartment, completed in 1984, is expected to transform from the existing 10 buildings and 744 units to 15 buildings and 1,346 units, with 4 basement floors and 29 above-ground floors through reconstruction. The estimated project cost is about 685.6 billion won.
