The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 1st that it will promote the sale of 279 vacant dwellings available for immediate occupancy until October.
This supply is a third-party sale of remaining dwellings that are currently vacant or for which there are no qualified applicants for priority sale conversion since the implementation of the sale conversion.
Eligible applicants include adult members of households without housing who reside in the relevant housing construction area as of the public offering date. Those who wish to apply for dwellings exceeding a dedicated area of 85㎡ or the dwellings supplied on a first-come, first-served basis may also include homeowners.
In the metropolitan area, since August 28, 25 units have been advertised for sale in ▲Seongnam Pangyo (Sanun Village 12, Pangyo Won Village 12) ▲Osan Segyo (Complex 5, 12) ▲Hwaseong Dongtan (Central Forest) ▲Seongnam Yeosu (Lotus Village Complex 4).
The Seongnam Pangyo Won Village 12 complex (1 unit, 150㎡) and Seongnam Yeosu Lotus Village Complex 4 (101㎡ (3 units), 120㎡ (4 units)) are large units exceeding the national housing size (85㎡), allowing homeowners to apply.
The Hwaseong Dongtan Central Forest (1 unit, 74㎡) is not only easily accessible from Seodongtan Station (Line 1) and Dongtan Station (GTX-A), but also boasts improved transportation conditions with the confirmation of the Line 1 extension project (Seodongtan-Dongtan Station). The supply price is 465 million won.
The application period is from the 8th to the 9th of this month, and contracts will be finalized between the 9th and October.
In non-metropolitan areas, 254 dwelling units will be offered for sale in ▲Sejong Cheotmaul (Complexes 4, 5, 6) ▲Gyeongnam Yangsan Gacheon (Human Villa 1, 2) ▲Gyeongbuk Yeongcheon Happy For You ▲Daegu Sinseohwa Sung Park Dream ▲Jeju Seogwipo Innovation City (LH Complex 1). In the case of Yeongcheon Happy For You, it will be supplied through a first-come, first-served unit designation method, allowing homeowners to apply.
