Hoban Construction has secured the neighborhood housing maintenance project at 144-20 Sinwol-dong, Yangcheon District, Seoul.
Hoban Construction noted on the 31st that it was selected as the construction company at the general meeting of the 'Sinwol-dong 144-20 Neighborhood Housing Maintenance Project Association' held on the 30th.
The project involves the construction of five buildings with a basement of three floors and up to 13 floors above ground, comprising 368 apartment units and community facilities. This complex is adjacent to the planned Sinwol Station on the Daechang-Hongdae Line, which aims to open in 2031, and is located about 1 km from the Hwagok Station on Line 5. The nearby Sinwol Interchange also facilitates easy access to Yeouido via the Sinwol-Yeoui Underpass.
Nearby the complex are Shinwon Elementary School, Yangseo Middle School, and Gwangyeong High School. It is also close to the Seo-seoul Lake Park, promising a pleasant living environment.
The business site corresponds to Zone 1 of the management plan for the area of 102-33 Sinwol-dong, which was announced by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in 2023. Hoban Construction plans to actively consider securing connections with adjacent areas in the future.
